The Healing Point Wellness LLC is a health and wellness center located in the peaceful Hunter Professional Medical Building of Westminster, Maryland. We love supporting patients with maintaining health and balance as well as correct any imbalances and symptoms. We specialize in pain management, stress management, hormonal balancing, emotional movement, and spiritual growth.

Our focus is to create a partnership with each patient to offer support along their health and wellness journey. Mindfulness is a major part of wellness and directed questions with curiosity creates a powerful healing environment. Our bodies are intelligent and teach us where there might be imbalance or areas of improvement. Listening to our symptoms is the first step in healing so we love to explore symptoms as our teachers. One of our favorite things about The Healing Point Wellness is the peaceful and welcoming energy which creates space and time for healing.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a time-honored healing practice rooted in East Asian medicine that supports the body, mind, and spirit by restoring balance within the body’s natural systems. Using fine, sterile needles placed at specific points, acupuncture helps regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, and promote the smooth flow of energy throughout the body. This integrative, holistic approach encourages the body’s innate ability to heal, fostering balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

Each acupuncture session is personalized to address your unique physical, emotional, and energetic needs. Beyond symptom relief, acupuncture supports stress regulation, emotional clarity, and deeper relaxation—allowing both the body and mind to shift out of a state of tension and into restoration. By treating the whole person rather than isolated symptoms, acupuncture creates a foundation for long-term health, harmony, and vitality across all aspects of life.

Herbs

Herbs have been used for centuries as powerful medicines to treat illness and disharmony in the body. Modern day pharmaceuticals and supplements extract the most potent phytochemicals from plants for mass production. This can compromise the integrity of the plant and can lead to side effects as different parts of the plant balance and harmonize others. Herbs as medicine are an integral part of healthcare and all supplements must be individualized for holistic therapy. The herbs come in capsules, tea pills, granules, or raw form. Each practitioner is a critical part of individualizing a patient’s supplement regimen and dosing as well as monitoring for side effects and ensuring progress to correct any imbalance or disharmony.

Cupping

Cupping Therapy is a traditional healing practice rooted in East Asian medicine that supports the body, mind, and spirit by promoting circulation and releasing stagnation within the tissues. Using gentle suction, cups are placed on the skin to help ease muscle tension, improve blood and lymphatic flow, and encourage the body’s natural healing response. This integrative, holistic therapy works on both physical and energetic levels to restore balance and vitality.

Beyond physical relief, cupping helps calm the nervous system and supports emotional release by allowing deeply held tension to soften. Many clients experience a profound sense of relaxation and grounding as the body shifts out of stress and into restoration. By addressing the whole person rather than isolated symptoms, cupping therapy fosters harmony across the body, mind, and spirit—supporting overall wellness and resilience.

Auriculartherapy

Auriculartherapy is the use of small seeds or crystals placed on specific acupuncture points in the ears to help support full body health and wellness while addressing any imbalances or disharmonies. The ears have hundreds of points that can support the entire body and the ears are powerful vessels with sensitive points that can create long lasting health benefits. This is a great alternative to acupuncture needles for those who might not tolerate needles.

Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic, personalized approach to nourishment that supports the body, mind, and spirit. Rather than focusing on rigid diets or quick fixes, we explore how food, lifestyle, stress, and emotional well-being work together to influence health. Through compassionate coaching, we help you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom and develop sustainable habits that promote balance, vitality, and long-term wellness.

Abdominal Reiki

Abdominal Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that supports balance within the body, mind, and spirit by focusing on the abdominal center. This area is closely connected to digestion, emotional processing, and reproductive health. By harmonizing energy flow in the gut, Abdominal Reiki may help ease gastrointestinal discomfort, reduce stress-related tension, and support menstrual regularity—encouraging the body’s natural capacity for healing and balance.

Guasha

Gua Sha is a traditional healing therapy rooted in East Asian medicine that supports the body, mind, and spirit through gentle, intentional scraping of the skin. This technique helps release muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote the smooth flow of energy throughout the body. By addressing physical stagnation and emotional stress held in the tissues, Gua Sha encourages balance, relaxation, and the body’s natural healing response.

Facial Gua Sha is a specialized application that focuses on the face and neck to support lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, and enhance natural facial rejuvenation. Through delicate, rhythmic strokes, this treatment helps improve circulation, soften tension in the jaw and facial muscles, and promote a healthy, radiant glow. Beyond its cosmetic benefits, facial Gua Sha offers a calming, meditative experience that quiets the mind, relieves stress, and restores harmony—supporting beauty, vitality, and well-being from the inside out.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is an integrative healing practice that supports the body, mind, and spirit through intentional, therapeutic touch. By easing muscular tension, improving circulation, and calming the nervous system, massage helps restore balance and promote the body’s natural healing response. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, encouraging relaxation, resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being.

Beyond physical relief, massage therapy offers space for emotional release and mental clarity. Stress, trauma, and daily demands are often held within the body, and skilled touch can help gently unwind these patterns. This holistic approach supports not only pain relief and relaxation, but also a greater sense of presence, grounding, and connection—allowing the body and mind to return to a state of harmony.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique. Practitioners serve as a conduit for the universal Reiki energy. This energy is unconditionally loving, intelligent, and can do no harm. It knows where it needs to flow, and it guides the practitioner to areas of need. It heals, balances, relaxes, and more, operating on all dimensions of Being from the physical to the transcendental.

Health and Wellness Coaching

Health and Wellness Coaching offers a client-centered, relational approach when helping individuals aspire to their health-related goals. Each client has unique needs, experiences, and health histories that affect the whole person. Health and Wellness Coaching can help clients with behavior change and wellness goal attainment such as increased self-care, weight loss, improved sleep health, diabetes prevention, reduced anxiety, chronic pain management, exercise adherence and more. Health and Wellness Coaching strives to help clients identify their motivations, helping to accelerate them towards their self-elected goals and/or identify the subtle imbalances in the various dimensions of wellness that can foster a sense of disharmony, illness or lack of well-being.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is a hands-on, movement-based approach to healing that helps your body restore balance, mobility, and strength—so you can move and live with less pain. In a holistic wellness setting, physical therapy goes beyond treating symptoms to understand why discomfort exists, addressing the whole person rather than just one area of the body.

By blending traditional physical therapy techniques with osteopathic manual therapy, care focuses on improving joint mobility, soft tissue function, posture, and nervous system regulation. This integrative approach supports the body’s natural ability to heal while enhancing circulation, alignment, and overall function.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or optimizing performance, holistic physical therapy meets you where you are—combining evidence-based movement, skilled hands-on care, and whole-body awareness to support long-term wellness and resilience.
